Change of Mind

We want you to be completely satisfied with your prop money. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including any shipping costs incurred.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship the items back to our Australian return centre.

Exclusions

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been removed from their original straps or packaging.
• Custom production orders (unless faulty).
• Items returned after the 14-day window.
